Enquiry forms: name, e-mail, phone/WhatsApp number, company, website, the services you're interested in, budget range and your message.

Usage data: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, and interactions such as clicks on WhatsApp or e-mail links — collected via analytics tools only after you accept cookies, where consent is required.

Communication data: messages you send us by e-mail or WhatsApp.

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, and may use the Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking, to understand traffic and measure campaigns. Advertising and analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the banner; you can change your choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

We honour Google Consent Mode v2 signals.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers we use to run the site and communicate (hosting, e-mail delivery, analytics, advertising platforms), each bound by their own privacy terms.

Enquiry data is stored in our secured database and e-mailed to our team.

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months unless you become a client, in which case it is kept for the duration of the relationship and as required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to contact@veridiancode.com. We respond within 30 days.

Residents of the EU/EEA and UK have additional rights under the GDPR; residents of India have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
