Privacy policy

Enquiry forms: name, e-mail, phone/WhatsApp number, company, website, the services you're interested in, budget range and your message.

Usage data: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, and interactions such as clicks on WhatsApp or e-mail links — collected via analytics tools only after you accept cookies, where consent is required.

Lead forms on Instagram and Facebook: when you submit one of our lead forms, Meta passes us the details you entered — such as your name, phone number, e-mail, city, company and your answers. We use them only to reply to your enquiry.

Communication data: messages you send us by e-mail or WhatsApp.

We use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity, and may use the Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking, to understand traffic and measure campaigns. Advertising and analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the banner; you can change your choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

Microsoft Clarity shows us how visitors use our pages through usage metrics, heatmaps and session replays (recordings of the clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movement on a page), so we can see where the site confuses people and improve it. It runs only after you accept cookies, and uses first- and third-party cookies to link the pages of a visit and recognise return visits; the third-party cookies are Microsoft's, and Microsoft says one of them (MUID) is also used for advertising, site analytics and operational purposes. Text typed into form fields is masked in your browser before anything is sent, and everything inside our enquiry forms is masked in the recordings. Microsoft processes this data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

When you have accepted cookies and send one of the enquiry forms on our website, the Meta Pixel also sends Meta a hashed (encoded) copy of the e-mail address and phone number you entered, and Meta may also receive the same website events through its Conversions API. We use this to measure which ads lead to enquiries and to avoid showing our ads to people who have already contacted us. If you decline cookies, none of this is sent.

We honour Google Consent Mode v2 signals.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers we use to run the site and communicate (hosting, e-mail delivery, analytics, advertising platforms), each bound by their own privacy terms.

Enquiry data is stored in our secured database and e-mailed to our team.

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months unless you become a client, in which case it is kept for the duration of the relationship and as required by law.

Microsoft Clarity keeps session replays for 30 days; heatmaps, usage totals, recordings we mark as favourites and a small sample of other recordings are kept for up to 9 months.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to contact@veridiancode.com. We respond within 30 days.

Residents of the EU/EEA and UK have additional rights under the GDPR; residents of India have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
