Terms of service

Content on this site is for general information. Pricing shown is indicative and confirmed in a written proposal; prices exclude GST and third-party costs unless stated.

Every engagement is defined in a written proposal covering scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside the scope is quoted separately.

Website projects: 50% on acceptance, 50% at launch unless milestones are agreed. Monthly services: billed in advance each month. Ad spend is paid by the client directly to the advertising platforms.

Monthly services continue month to month and may be cancelled by either party with 30 days' written notice. Fees for the current period are not refundable.

On full payment, the client owns the deliverables created for them, including code, designs and content. Advertising and analytics accounts are created in the client's name. Veridian Code retains the right to reference the work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

We commit to the work and process described in each proposal. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.

Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding three months.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in New Delhi having jurisdiction.
